Angus

Angus is a medium size Irish breed used worldwide for beef production. Angus meat is flavoursome and succulent. The breed also has excellent reproductive qualities: high fertility, early puberty, easy breeding and easy calving. A docile temperament and high adaptability to diverse environments also make the breed popular around the world. Angus are widely used in crossbreeding, especially with Limousin, Charolais and Belgian Blue.
