Blonde d’Aquitaine

This hardy and docile French breed of beef cattle comes from Aquitaine. It combines three local strains: Garonnais, Quercy and Blondes des
Pyrénées. Blondes are large, muscular animals with a light but strong bone structure. They have a high fertility rate, excellent growth
rate and they produce lean meat. They calve easily and crossbreed successfully. Blondes also thrive in harsh climates, both cold and hot.
