Charolais

The reputation of the Charolais breed for outstanding meat quality is without many equals. The breed originates from South Eastern France. Charolais are an even creamy white through to wheaten colour. This frugal breed is characterised by excellent conformation, fast growth, short and muscular limbs, round thighs, excellent loins and good hindquarters. Charolais are also known for their composite qualities when crossed with other breeds.
